Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with related departments until the hiring process is completed.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and manage recruitment-related content for social media and employer branding activities.
- Support the company's employer branding initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract potential candidates.
- Actively manage and utilize social media as a recruitment and employer branding channel.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job fairs, career events, and other employer branding activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate and hiring data.
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably with exposure to employer branding.
- Active and familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Creative and interested in creating recruitment or employer branding content.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or employer branding is a plus.
