Job description for Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist at Viva Apotek
Viva Health Group is an integrated healthcare service provider that has been operating since 2012 and now has 125 branches across various regions of Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta. Viva Apotek is currently looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our team in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. This position is very important to us as we aim to strengthen our recruitment strategy and brand image in order to attract quality talent that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
Job Descriptions:
1. Do end-to-end recruitment process for staff up to senior supervisor level, align with SLA policy.
2. Create, maintain and analysis recruitment report.
3. Create and manage employer branding activity such as handling employer branding social media, take content, and internal events.
4. Work closely with user to manage and maintain relationship and precisely met the hiring expectations.
5. Collaborate with HR Region to do campus hiring / job fair and maintain relationship with campus.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Recruiter / Human Resource / Talent Acquisition.
3. Good Communication skills.
4. Highly Motivated and High Initiative.
5. Excellent in English.
6. Attention to Detail and Stick to Standard.
7. Excellent in Excel and Powerpoint.
