Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offering and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and management to understand manpower requirements and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Coordinate and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and employee evaluations.
- Support performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes as a basis for contract renewal, promotion, and employee development.
- Coordinate employee contract renewal processes and support related HR administration.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry is an advantage.
