Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, CV screening, interview, psychotest administration, offer management, to onboarding.
- Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Administer and evaluate psychotest results as part of the selection process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are met within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately.
