Job description for Recruiter Talent Acquisition at Finfleet
- Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal candidates for sales division.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resourcing status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes.
- Develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
- In charge of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identifying organization needs and working to create and implement an efficient recruitment strategy to improve recruiter.
- Design the company’s sales hiring strategy
- Work with sales directors to determine annual hiring needs
- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
- Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)
- Build relationships with candidates for the future
- Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
- Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions
- Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry, Delivery Express, Merchant Acquisition
- At least 2 years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment process with proven experience in leading a team.
- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
- Possess strong problem solving skill.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment with strong commitment for learning.
- Take initiative, are extremely reliable and detailed
- Ability to prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
- Have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
- Have great communication skill
