Job description for Recruiter Intern at Strategi Integrasi Nusantara
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source candidates through various job portals, including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Screen CVs and applications thoroughly to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and job specifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit with the company.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions, and publish them on relevant job boards and social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and/or clients to deeply understand recruitment needs and workforce requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for all recruitment-related activities, including documentation, record-keeping, and candidate database management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using job portals and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in finding creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
