- Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun.

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (D3/S1 lebih disukai).

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang operasional lapangan, recovery asset, Field collection, investigasi, atau posisi terkait.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.

- Memiliki Pengalaman di Industri Kendaraan Listrik (EV) lebih disukai

- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal, termasuk kepolisian, pihak asuransi, dan penyewa.

- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pembuatan laporan yang baik.

- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan pekerjaan lapangan.

- Memiliki SIM A dan/atau SIM C yang masih aktif.

- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, dan Google Workspace).
