Receptionist and Retail Assistant
Full Time | On-Site | Uluwatu, Bali
Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle front desk activities including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointments or walk-in customers
- Support daily retail operations such as product display, stock replenishment, and cashier duties
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail area
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Assist with promotional activities and in-store events when needed
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Female
- Live in Bali
- Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist/front desk and retail or sales roles.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and cashier/POS system knowledge
- Good understanding of product knowledge, customer engagement, and retail store operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a neat, organized retail space.
- Fluency in English is essential
