RECEPTIONIST

1. Job Description:

• Answer customer questions via the hotline number, EMS, internal information…

• Welcome guests and health check process guide (identify certification, etc)

• Doingcheck-in and check out

• Receive feedback and resolve trouble relate to customer

• Updating the customer profile on the system

• Create a health package

• Prepare patient documents, enhance health check results, gather examination results

• Support customer payment/ cashier

• Others by a team leader/ manager

2. Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in at least

• Computer skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills, time management

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new assignments.

• Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.

• Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility.

3. Reporting Line: Operation Manager & Director

4. Working Time: 44h/week _ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

5. Working Language: English at least, refer to Japanese

6. Time: ASAP
