Key Requirements:
- Female, max age 30
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and basic Excel
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa industry is a plus
Tasks:
- Front desk customer service (greet & check-in guests)
- Schedule appointments and coordinate therapist availability
- Manage customer communication via phone and WhatsApp
- Support light administrative duties
