Job Description:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Prepare invoices, record payments, and support basic front office administration.
- Assist in preparing simple daily appointment schedule reports for management.
- Coordinate with medical, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (preferably in Administration, Hospitality, or Communication).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Frontliner/ Receptionist/ Customer Service.
- Well-groomed with a professional manner, strong communication skills, and service-minded.
- Basic English proficiency (fluency is an advantage).
- Attention to detail, multitasking and good organization
- Professional, friendly attitude, interpersonal skills
- Able to operate computer & basic office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
