Job Description:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide information about Secret Garden Village's facilities and services.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Has experienced as Front Office or other related field
- Good Communications & interpersonal skill
- Exellent communications in English, spoken and written
- Good manners and willingness to learn
- Able to join immediately
