Requirement:
- Min. Diploma, any major
- Female (prefer max. 27 years old)
- Non Hijab
- Prior experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service jobs can be an asset
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Technology proficiency: basic computer skills, telephone operation, and proficiency with other devices that may be used in the receptionist role
- Administrative skills: proficiency in performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and managing schedules
- Have interpersonal skills: the ability to interact with various types of people, including guests, clients, colleagues, and management
- Neat and professional appearance
- Adherence to work ethics, including punctuality and adherence to dress codes
- Have a good communication skill, responsible, honest, good attitude, attention to detail, good in administration, adaptable, proactive, multitasking, excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work towards deadline with right sense of urgency and able to work overtime if necessary
