We’re looking for a warm, professional, and service-minded Front Office/Receptionist to be the face of our guest experience. Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly in person and via chat, respond to inquiries professionally, and direct matters to the appropriate team when needed.
• Provide accurate information about Treat's treatments, pricing, and aftercare.
• Manage bookings, guest requests, and complaints with caring, friendly and courteous manners, always offering thoughtful solutions.
• Schedule appointments and manage Treat's calendar with attention to detail.
• Assist throughout the guest journey—from arrival, serving drinks, assigning treatments to Nail & Lash Technicians, and payment handling, to ensuring a positive post-treatment experience.
• Promote and explain Treat's Membership Program.
• Coordinate with Nail & Lash Technicians and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in overall space.
• Complete and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and checklists.
• Stay updated on new treatments, products, and special events.
Requirements:
• Strong willingness to learn and grow with guidance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Front Office, Receptionist, or Customer Service role—experience in a Hospitality or Hotel environment is preferred.
• Problem-solving ability and capability to manage unexpected situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); additional Hospitality or Customer Service Training is a plus.
• Well-presented and professional appearance & demeanor.
• A warm, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills, able to handle diverse guest needs and resolve issues & complaints with grace.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members from various departments.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic setting, including weekends and public holidays.
