The Radiance Villas, located in the vibrant area of Kuta, Bali, just beside the main exit gate of The Trans Resort Bali on Jl. As a growing hospitality establishment, we are seeking a dedicated Receptionist (Domisili Bali) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to the continued success of our villas.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about the property and local attractions. They will also handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with scheduling staff shifts, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for this role.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. Prior experience in a similar role, ranging from 1 to 3 years, is required. Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, scheduling, teamwork, and customer engagement is important. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and previous experience in hotel reception are advantageous but not mandatory.
