The Radiance Villas is a boutique accommodation located in the vibrant area of Kuta, Bali, just beside the main exit gate of The Trans Resort Bali. Situated along Jl. Sunset Road, our property offers a serene and welcoming environment for guests seeking a comfortable stay in one of Bali's most popular tourist destinations. As we continue to grow and enhance our guest experience, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our front office operations run smoothly. We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a memorable experience for every visitor.

The Receptionist at The Radiance Villas will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records of guest stays. They will also handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and provide information about local attractions and services. In addition, the Receptionist will support the front office team in daily operations, including handling payments, preparing reports, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential, as the Receptionist plays a key role in shaping the overall guest experience.

We are seeking candidates with an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background, and between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in customer service, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is required. Candidates should also have a valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of PHP. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent service are highly valued.
