R&D Staff Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology or Food Science.
2. Basic understanding of Food Product Development (R&D) and production processes.
3. Ability to conduct analysis, product evaluation, and technical documentation.
4. Experience 1–2 years as an R&D Staff member in a food or beverage company.
5. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Willing to work in the Modern Cikande area.
