Responsibilities
* Assist in developing new chocolate-based products, including spreads, fillings, sauces, beverages, and other cocoa creations.
* Conduct product trials and recipe testing.
* Help improve existing recipes for better taste, texture, quality, and consistency.
* Research ingredients, food trends, and new product ideas.
* Prepare product samples and document recipes accurately.
* Work closely with Production, QC, and Purchasing during product development.
* Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and an organized work area.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D1) in Food Technology, Culinary, Pastry, or a related field.
* Passionate about chocolate, food, and product innovation.
* Creative and curious, with an interest in experimenting and developing new recipes.
* Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Disciplined, responsible, and organized.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Nice to Have
* Basic knowledge of baking, pastry, chocolate, or food production.
* Interest in food trends and recipe development.
