Job description for R&D PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF at PT Juancha Trang Indonesia

TANGGUNG JAWAB PEKERJAAN

* Melakukan riset tren produk minuman dan F&B terbaru, baik lokal maupun internasional.

* Mengembangkan menu baru mulai dari konsep, formulasi, trial, costing, hingga finalisasi SOP.

* Melakukan eksperimen bahan baku (tea, botanical ingredients, dairy/non-dairy, syrup, topping, dll).

* Berkolaborasi dengan tim operational, purchasing, dan marketing untuk memastikan produk siap dijual secara massal.

* Menjaga konsistensi rasa, kualitas, shelf life, dan efisiensi produksi.

* Melakukan evaluasi terhadap produk existing dan memberikan improvement berkala.

* Membuat dokumentasi recipe, standardization, dan product testing report.

* Mencari supplier dan bahan baku baru yang potensial.

* Membantu pengembangan seasonal menu, signature drinks, dan innovation pipeline.

KUALIFIKASI

Background Pendidikan

Minimal S1 dari jurusan:

* Food Technology / Teknologi Pangan

* Culinary Arts

* Food Science

* Nutrition

* Hospitality / Culinary Management

* Kimia / Bioteknologi (nilai tambah)

* Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar apabila memiliki passion kuat di bidang beverage innovation.

Pengalaman

Minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman di bidang:

* R&D minuman / F&B

* Bubble tea / coffee / dessert / beverage chain

* FMCG food & beverage

* Café atau restaurant product development

Memiliki pengalaman membuat:

* SOP recipe

* Product costing

* Trial product

* Quality testing

* Pernah terlibat dalam launching produk baru menjadi nilai tambah besar.

Skill & Kompetensi

* Memiliki passion tinggi terhadap dunia beverage dan food innovation.

* Memahami flavor pairing, tea base, botanical ingredients, dairy/non-dairy formulation.

* Kreatif, detail-oriented, dan memiliki analytical thinking yang baik.

* Up-to-date dengan tren F&B global.

* Mampu bekerja cepat dalam environment startup yang dinamis.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik.

* Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan basic costing.

* Memiliki kemampuan sensory analysis menjadi nilai tambah.
