R&D COMPOUNDING MANAGER
KARTINDO RUBBER
(Rubber & Polymer Specialist - Tire Company Focus)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead R&D team for tire rubber compounding.
- Design, optimize formulations for natural/synthetic rubber & polymers.
- Manage lab testing (rheology, tensile, abrasion).
- Oversee process.
- Oversee process scale-up in manufacturing (mixing, extruding).
- Develop compounds for durability, grip, efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- S1/S2 Degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or related).
- 3-5+ years R&D experience in Rubber Compounding or The Industry.
- Deep knowledge of polymers, rubber compounds, compounds, processing, testing.
- Strong leadership, analytical, & problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Willing to work in Medan.
