Quantity Surveyor

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Quantity Surveyor minimal 1 tahun (Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan)

- Menguasai dalam penyusunan RAB & RAP, Analisis harga satuan AHSP

- Terampil menggunakan AutoCAD, Sketch Up dan Ms. Office

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

- Menghitung RAB & RAP, analisa harga, memahami spesifik material dan memahami gambar kerja

- Membuat BOQ kontrak, dan dokumen pekerjaan tambah proyek

- Mengevaluasi analisa RAB dan RAP Kontrak
