Salah satu klien kami sedang mencari *Quantity Surveyor* yang berpengalaman menangani proyek earthwork/site works/infrastruktur.

👤 Reporting to: Director

Kualifikasi:

• SMK/D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau jurusan terkait.

• Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Quantity Surveyor atau memiliki pengalaman relevan sebagai Site Engineer/Surveyor Proyek Tanah.

• Berpengalaman menangani proyek site works/earthwork, atau infrastruktur (jalan, saluran, pagar, dll).

• Mampu membaca gambar teknik/grading plan (Min AutoCAD dan Microsoft Excel)

• Teliti, komunikatif, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline.

• ⁠Mampu bekerja secara independen

• ⁠Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke lokasi proyek.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Menyusun BOQ dan estimasi biaya proyek.

• Menghitung volume pekerjaan tanah dan melakukan cost control.

• Mengelola progress claim, Variation Order (VO), serta final account.

• Mengevaluasi penawaran dan tagihan subkontraktor.

• Berkoordinasi dengan Site Engineer, Surveyor, dan Project Manager.
