Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 - 5 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor
Mampu menyusun Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS) dan Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan menghitung volume pekerjaan
Mampu mengoperasikan AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan software sejenis
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word dan Excel)
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
Bertanggung jawab, tekun, dan teliti dalam bekerja
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
