Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Survey & Data : Survey awal & akhir lapangan, cek volume & perubahan di lapangan
  • BoQ & RAB : Hitung volume, buat BoQ + RAB sesuai gambar & spek teknis
  • Perencanaan : Membuat time schedule & evaluasi progres
  • Budgeting : Analisa kebutuhan material, alat, tenaga kerja & dana
  • Solusi : Mampu memberikan masukan teknis
  • Billing : Siapkan data & dokumen untuk pengajuan termin pembayaran

Kualifikasi :

  • Mampu membaca gambar kerja & spesifikasi teknis interior
