Job description for Quantity Surveyor at ProBuilder Group
Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering (Civil Construction Engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Experience calculating volumes and RAB.
- Understanding of Construction Contracts and Regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate), Word.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong calculatuion skills and detail oriented
- Able to work with targets.
- Willing to be placed at the head office or project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze working drawings and the project scope of work (SoW).
- Calculating cost estimates (BOM), bills of quantities (BoQ), and project claims; calculating civil engineering work volumes.
- Analyzing unti prices to prepare cost estimates.
- Calculating and determining additional or reduced work.
- Reporting project progress and forecasts management.
- Controlling project budget and cost.
