About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the villa development industry. This role is key to managing cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration across our high-end residential projects. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential or villa development sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing in the local market.
- Proficient in QS software (CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiar with contract laws and project documentation.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and budgets for villa construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure budget optimization.
- Manage tendering process, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and maintain detailed cost reports throughout project lifecycle.
- Process progress claims, variations, and final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams to align budgets with on-site execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards in construction.
