Job description for Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer at PT Sumaraja Indah

Kualifikasi:

- D3/S1 Teknik Sipil

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang konstruksi gedung bertingkat

- Mampu membaca dan memahami Shop Drawing dan membuat BQ utk QS

- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan tim

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem-solving yang baik

- Menguasai Microsof office, Autocad dan app pendukung lainnya.

Tanggung jawab QS:

* menghitung dan membuat bill of quantity pelaksanaan

* membuat perhitungan tambah kurang atas perubahan gambar

* membuat laporan progres pekerjaan utk proses invoicing termasuk progress claim para subkontraktor.

* menyiapkan kebutuhan material untuk diserahkan ke bagian procurement/purchasing kantor pusat.
