Job description for Quantity Surveyor MEP at R2R Construction Management

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 - 5 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor, khususnya pada pekerjaan MEP.
Mampu menyusun Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan MEP.
Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik dan shop drawing MEP.
Mampu mengoperasikan AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), dan software terkait.
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki sikap bertanggung jawab, teliti, disiplin, dan proaktif.
