Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Pengukuran calon resto.

2. Survei kondisi bangunan.

3. Mengecek harga bahan material di wilayah calon resto.

4. Mengupdate harga bahan material.

5. Membuat estimasi RAB.

6. Membuat timeline renovasi.

7. Mengontrol proses renovasi dan hasil akhir renovasi.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

1. Laki-laki, maks 30 tahun.

2. Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur atau di bidang yang relevan.

3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.

4. Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Office, Sketch Up, Auto Cad.

5. Jujur, teliti, disiplin, komunikatif, terbiasa bekerja di bawah tekanan.

6. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas keluar kota.

7. Memiliki SIM A dan C aktif.
