Job description for Quality Management System at PT. Optima Elektronik Manufaktur
1. Make the Procedure and Working Instruction for Control Process at manufacturinf and Ensure all processes already have labor standards.
2. Maintaining Quality system in Company.
3. Control of 5S implementation with Genba Patrol each weekly / monthly.
4. Conduct Internal and Rxternal Audit.
5. Make monthly report of QA Performance report.
6. Perform quality control on the production line along with the leader QC.
7. To supervise all QA activities admin, Incoming Inspection, Inspection and Outgoing
8. And Customer Complain
9. Analyze the quality of the problems found in the field.
10. To coordinate with related departments on quality issues that exist.
11. Took the decision to resolve the problem.
12. Run and monitor the result of the decision on the quality of production.
13. Make a plan of action to eliminate the problem - PDCA ( Continual Improvement)
14. Make the quality of reports weekly / monthly.
