Job description for Quality Engineer at PT. MIRRABOOKA INDUSTRIAL GROUP
1. Experienced in leading the organisation for ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 (Automotive Industries) Certification Audit Development
2. Good Understanding in Automotive Industry
3. Good Experienced in Supplier Quality Assessment, communicating for in identifying quality problems and solution.
4. Good Experienced in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
5. Good communication in English (Written/Verbal)
6. Good ability in Data Analysis
7. Establish quality standards that products or services must meet.
8. Develop and implement a quality management system that complies with established standards.
9. Establish procedures and instructions that must be followed in the production or service process.
10. Oversee production or service processes to ensure that established quality standards are met.
11. Analyze quality data and take necessary actions to resolve quality issues that occur.
12. Prepare monitoring results reports and submit them to the competent authorities.
13. Develop and implement training programs for team members related to quality management.
14. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
15. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases and report
16. Ability to analyze complex technical issues
17. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
18. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English is a Must
19. Bachelor's degree and Experienced QA in the Automotive industry, Diesel Engine, or a related field more preferably
20. Certifications in Quality Assurance and Automotive Engineer is a plus
