Job description for Quality Engineer (Management Trainee - Mandarin Speaker) at Sailun Group
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures；
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation；
- Monitor all operations that affect quality；
- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system；
- Produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards；
- Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated；
- Investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety；
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and minimize defects；
- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA min 3,00 (out of 4,00)
- Maximum 26 years
- Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, good communication, problem solving skills, teamwork and leadership potential
- Having experience working in manufacture industry will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in our factory Vietnam or China during the MT Program for 3 months
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Able to do manufacture auditing both internal and external
- Experienced in handling Certifications (at least SNI)
- Great knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
- Familiar in Tire industry & OE field is a plus point
