Job description for Quality Document Specialist at PT. CT Advance Technology
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Internal audit
- Perform regular audits of the QHSE Management System, and take appropriate corrective and preventative actions to address any non-conformities
- External audit
- Coordinate with Certification Body
- Support management representative during certification and surveillance audits
- Documentation
- Prepare Quality Procurement Specification (QPS)
- MDR
- Provide QMS document required by Customer / external (for customer audit, tender or MDR)
- Provide summary of production output as required by Customer / external
- Fill questionnaire from Customer related to Plant information (Capacity, output, etc)
- Supplier evaluation
- Review and Update Approved Vendor List
- Perform supplier initial evaluation and reevaluation as necessary
- Monitoring
- Create monthly report for Plant overview
- Monitoring QHSE Objective monthly
- TKDN & Siinas
- Provide BOM and SA for TKDN
- Submit Siinas IKI monthly
- Provide production data for Siinas quarterly
- Maintain availability of international standard (ASME, API, ISO, etc) for use, including purchase
- Create gap analysis for international standard if required
- Update Company profile if required
- Provide required data to support IT Department for projects
- Inspection Certificate & COC
- Compile Inspection Certificate & COC request from Sales and coordinate to QC Staff
- Review Inspection Certificate & COC
Kualifikasi - Wanita maksimal 35 Th
- Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman sistem API Q1, API 5CT, API 5L, API 6A, 6D
- Paham dan mampu handle Audit API dan Closing temuan API
- Menyusun dan mengontrol: SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Work Instruction (WI) , Quality Plan , Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
- Bahasa Inggris aktif, speaking, and writing
- Memiliki serfitikat intenal audit ISO API Q1 dan ISO 9001
