Quality Controller

Job Responsibilities :

1、Incoming material work:

Check COA of incoming materials, label and take samples, perform foreign object and appearance checks, fill out daily reports of incoming materials, send for analysis; enter the analysis feedback data into the "Daily Report of Incoming Materials", create an inspection report of incoming materials, record the replacement of standard samples, and save the samples.

Incoming material work QE: Create new sample confirmation template to archive; for each code, create a standard acceptance of incoming materials.

2、Sense (smell) testing work:

When the material arrives, smell it and find the comparison sample corresponding to the code number to ensure consistency between the incoming material and the standard sample; if there are deviations (data, aroma, color appearance), create an "Incoming Material Quality Deviation Report" and immediately report it to the purchasing and warehouse teams. When the finished product is first produced, find a standard sample from the R&D team to ensure the consistency of the aroma. When repeat production, take samples from previous batches in the storage room to ensure the aroma remains consistent.

3、Production process:

Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with the work manual and generate an "IPQC Inspection Report". If deviations occur (different from work guidelines / defects / non-conformance), immediately notify the relevant parties to prevent mass defective products.

4、Finished product work:

Take samples of finished products, fill out daily reports of finished products, create a sample test request form and send for analysis; enter the analysis feedback data into the "Finished Products Daily Report", create a finished product quality testing standard for each code based on the comparison of the analysis data of R&D samples and finished products, create a finished product test report, and record the finished product sample ledger.
