Job description for Quality Control at PT Diamas Star

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMP.
Memahami dasar-dasar pengendalian mutu (quality control).
Mampu menggunakan alat ukur dan alat inspeksi (misalnya caliper, micrometer, timbangan, dll., sesuai bidang kerja).
Teliti, detail, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
Mampu membuat laporan dan dokumentasi hasil pemeriksaan.
Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem long shift (12 jam kerja).

Tanggung Jawab:

Memeriksa kualitas bahan baku yang masuk.
Melakukan inspeksi selama proses produksi.
Memeriksa kualitas produk jadi sebelum dikirim ke pelanggan.
Mengidentifikasi dan mencatat produk yang tidak sesuai standar.
Membuat laporan hasil pemeriksaan kualitas.
Berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi untuk perbaikan kualitas.
Memastikan standar mutu dan prosedur perusahaan dipatuhi.
Membantu investigasi penyebab cacat produk dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Nowadays the company employs almost 400 people in the factory, divided in the individualized department of marketing, finance, production, R&D (research and development) and so on.
