Responsibilities
- Perform checks on materials used in production to ensure that meet specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the production process from the cutting stage to completion, to identify quality problems.
- Carry out detailed checks on finished products and ensure that all aspects meet according to quality standards.
- Carry out various quality tests in accordance with industry standards.
- Record the findings of the inspection, as well as compile reports on quality problems found and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all production processes and final products comply with industry compliance standards.
- Analyze quality data periodically to identify patterns of quality problems and make quality improvements.
- Create and Develop a corrective action plan, root cause analysis, and preventive action.
Qualification
- Graduate from Highschool or Bachelor Degree.
- Work experience of at least 1-3 years in the position of QC Inspector in the garment industry, bags, shoes, springbed/bed linen.
- Good understanding of textile materials, sewing techniques, and clothing production processes.
- Skills to critically analyze and evaluate products in ensuring compliance with quality standards.
