D3/S1 Jurusan terkait (Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur)
Pengalaman min 4 tahun dibidang yang sama
Ahli dalam akurasi sambungan finishing, kontrol kelurusan dan kerataan hingga detensi defect
Memiliki pengetahuan dalam standarisasi fisishing arsitektur mewah, MEP dll
Paham material kontruksi dan interior
Terbiasa membaca gambar kerja (Shop Drawing, As-build drawing)
Disiplin, teliti dan bisa bekerja sama dalam team

Memastikan seluruh proses dan hasil akhir (finishing) pekerjan arsitektur/furnitur sesuai standar kualitas yang tinggi (higg end)
Memastikan pekerjaan memenuhi toleransi yang ditetapkan
Memastikan pekerjaan bebas defect sebelum di hand over kepada klien
Membuat reporting defect list dan laporan kemajuan progress
