  1. Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) Jurusan Teknik Mesin,
  2. Kemampuan Membaca Gambar Teknik (P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), Isomeric Drawings, serta General Arrangement (GA) Drawings untuk tangki, pompa, atau kompresor)
  3. Pemahaman Ruang Lingkup Mekanikal (Static & Rotating Equipment)
  4. Pengujian & Dokumentasi Sistem (Hydrotest, Pneumatic Test, QA/QC Documentation)
  5. Skill Ketelitian, Komunikasi & Negosiasi,
