As a Construction Worker and Quality Control Staff member, you will be responsible for inspecting the quality of construction materials and monitoring construction processes to ensure compliance with established standards. You will also collaborate closely with the project team to maintain the continuity and efficiency of on-site operations. Your primary responsibilities include supervising construction activities, documenting daily project progress, coordinating with other project staff, and preparing regular reports on project conditions. In addition, you will assist with project administration and ensure that all project documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare structural designs and perform structural analysis using the latest industry-standard engineering software.
* Produce detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
* Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
* Coordinate daily with the Site Supervisor (Mandor), contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Plan and monitor material procurement, logistics, and site deliveries.
* Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control procedures throughout all stages of construction.
* Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
* Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
* Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with Indonesian building regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
* Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations when required.
