Job description for Quality Control Staff at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Description:
- Conduct quality control across operations.
- Ensure that key performance indicators meet the required standards by monitoring performance and analyzing issues.
- Prepare data and publish reports on quality indicators.
- Drive improvements through analysis to address and resolve underperforming indicators.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in logistics is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as Google Sheets.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Data-driven, with a strong interest in working with data and the ability to perform analyses ranging from simple to complex.
- Ownership of a personal laptop or PC is preferred, as occasional weekend work (approximately once per month) may be required to update or publish data.
- The role is primarily office-based; however, regular fieldwork is required, including conducting surveys, observations, and on-site analysis.
