Job description for Quality Control Specialist at PT RNK Global Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and final products.
- Ensure charcoal briquette products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and implement Quality Control procedures in the production area.
- Identify product defects and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with the production team to improve quality and efficiency.
- Conduct physical testing of products (density, moisture content, ash content, strength, etc.)
- Prepare periodic inspection reports and quality analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Control position in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the charcoal briquette, wood, or solid fuel industry).
- Understanding of quality control systems, production SOPs, and inspection of raw materials to finished products.
- Able to use measuring instruments and product quality testing methods.
- Possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Diligent, decisive, and highly committed to quality standards.
- Able to work in factory and field environments.
- Experienced in preparing daily and monthly QC reports.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Willing to be based in Sragen, Jawa Tengah.
