Job description for Quality Assurance at PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia

Will responsible as below:

1. Melakukan pengecekan hasil pengerjaan QA sesuai score card yang ditentukan client untuk call, live chat, email, sosmed dan outbound

2. Melakukan analisa untuk setiap DSAT dan Neutral dari pelanggan untuk penanganan agent

3. Melakukan pendampingan trainer dan TL dalam proses coaching dan refreshemnt training

4. Memberikan respon atas feedback dari client terhadap penanganan agent atau hasil QC

5. Membuat report regular sesuai ketentuan client atau internal

6. Menghadiri training yang ditentukan oleh client.
