Job description for Quality Assurance at Phiraka Sinergi Indonesia
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/software tester
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with the development team to resolve issues
Nice to have :
- Experience with test automation tools as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or imsomnia
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, TestLink, Qase, Zephyrl, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HRIS or enterprise SaaS product
- Familiar with payroll calculation concepts
- Familiar with browser developer tools for checking console errors, network requests, payload, and response.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and consistent in documentation.
- Proactive in identifying risks, edge cases, and potential regression impact.
