We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Quality Assurance professional to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and performance of our software applications by designing and executing test plans, using automation tools, and identifying and documenting any defects. Your work will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium and Katalon for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand and validate application requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Perform thorough analysis of test results and provide detailed reports and feedback to development and management teams.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution of issues and defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in System Information Technology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with more than 1 year of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and Katalon.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
