Job description for Quality Assurance Tester at PT Total Cloud Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing for CRM and SaaS platforms primarily Salesforce, Zendesk and Zoho to ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user experience meet defined requirements.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and define testing priorities.
- Execute end-to-end testing across UI, API, and data layers to ensure system consistency and reliability.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar bug tracking tools, providing clear documentation and follow-up for issue resolution.
- Support UAT activities and post-deployment validation, ensuring production stability after release.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software quality assurance, preferably testing CRM or SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho.
- Proficient in test planning, execution, and defect management, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Familiar with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and basic SQL for data validation.
- Experience using test management and issue tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Hands-on exposure to test automation tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
