Experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist (WFO)
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will ensure that all company systems, applications, and software products meet the established quality standards and function as intended. This role involves creating and executing manual testing scenarios, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of the system. The QA Specialist will also check system documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, ensuring the system meets the required standards before deployment.
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manual testing, defect reporting, and test scenario creation.
- Willing to work ONSITE (WFO) in Yogyakarta
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with manual testing techniques and test case development.
- Proficiency in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with development and product teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA and software testing.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and mobile application testing.
