Job description for Quality Assurance Officer at PT. TRIPPER NATURE
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain effectiveness of policies and procedures (GMP, GLP, SSOP, Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000:2005, PRP Implementation, Non-GMO, and Organic) with acts as Food Safety Team Leader
- Coordinate with certification body/customer to conduct audit in certain period (Halal, Kosher, FSSC Version 6, Organic, and Customer Audit)
- Fulfill customer request and follow up customer complaint if any
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey
- Perform internal training and follow up external training related to Food Safety implementation
- Document review and document control
- Supervised in Pest Control/Integrated Pest Management System
- Coordinate the Cleaning Activities
- Review the effectiveness of quality system
- Update regulation related to quality issue
Requitements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Food Technology/Food Industry or related major
- Having experience min. 3 years as Quality Assurance
- Understand Food Manufacturing Standards like Good Manufacturing Practice, ISO 22000
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
- Have good computer skills
- Have strong personality
- Leadership skill and able to work independent and in team
