Job description for Quality Assurance (Manual) at Ogya Tekno Nusantara
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze business and technical requirements to ensure test coverage.
- Design and document clear, comprehensive, and structured test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute manual and/or automated test cases across different environments.
- Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs, ensuring timely communication with developers.
- Prepare and deliver test reports, including defect metrics and overall test progress.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in QA Manual as a Test Analyst
- Strong understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle), testing types, and defect management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of Functional and Regression testing
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration with developer and business analyst
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, UFT) is a plus.
