Job description for Quality Assurance Lead at PT. TECHNICOFLOR INDONESIA
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review, and update quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Monitor QMS performance and quality-related KPIs.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and Management Reviews.
- Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Handle investigations related to quality issues, customer complaints, and product non-conformities.
- Manage and follow up CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Conduct and support quality risk assessments.
- Monitor audit findings, customer complaints, CAPA status, and supplier performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and compliance.
- Coordinate quality-related activities with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in QMS implementation and maintenance.
Good knowledge of:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- Halal Assurance System
- GMP
- Experience in internal/external audits, CAPA, risk assessment, customer complaints, and non-conformity management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
