Job description for Quality Assurance IT - Automation at PT Inovasi Karya International
Our sister company, LapakChina is looking candidates for QA Automation position.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop plan / test case for testing applications
- Doing testing, both manual and automatic, and ensuring quality of developed applications
- Assist the Teams on Developing plan for application implementation or upgrade, by having discussion with the teams, especially with Business Team and Developers, for application flow, ui/ux and designs, during design and concept phases, from QA point of view
- Assist the Teams on Executing application implementation plan on development and production environment
- Creating documents and reports for testing and implementation process
- Doing technical support(internal) for developed applications
- Documenting support procedures for developed applications
- Testing on multi-platform
- Create QA Automation for existing and new applications
Requirements:
- Minimum D3, preferably in S1 IT or Computer related degree
- Have minimum 2 years experience as an Application Tester or Application Quality Assurance
- Have experience in using any other QA automation tools is a plus.
- Have experience in E-Commerce application / industry or Call Center application / industry or CRM Application / CRM Industry is a plus
- Have experience in programming or other IT roles is a plus
- Can handle administration, dull or repetitive task
- Can create test case, test scenario and test report
- Customer Oriented, willing to do the extra miles but still on the team's boundary
- Experienced in application support / IT support is a plus
